Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our range includes hardy, low-maintenance varieties like many Succulents & Cacti and some Tropical Indoor Plants that are perfect for beginners. Each plant comes with a detailed care guide to set you up for success. For specific recommendations, feel free to reach out!
Do you offer pet-safe plants?
Yes! We have a dedicated Pet-Friendly Plants category. While we recommend keeping all plants out of reach of curious pets, these selections are considered non-toxic. Always monitor your pets around new plants.

Where do you ship from and to?
All orders are lovingly prepared and shipped from our nursery in Long Beach, California (US 90802). We ship globally! However, to ensure plant health and comply with regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote locations and specific regions in Asia. Your cart will automatically check availability for your address at checkout.

How are the plants packaged for shipping?
We treat every plant like the vibrant life it is. Our team performs a final health check, then packs each one with specialized, eco-conscious materials to ensure stability and moisture retention during its journey. We bridge the gap between the global jungle and your urban space.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, our courier partners (DHL/FedEx) provide full tracking. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may vary by destination. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and available tracking details once your order is on its way.

What is your Happiness Guarantee?
We stand by the health of our plants. If your green companion doesn’t arrive in the thriving condition we promise, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. We’re here to make it right.
How do I return or exchange a plant?
Please reach out to our root-level support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and photos of the plant. We’ll guide you through the simple process and arrange a replacement or refund. Please note: return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the customer’s responsibility.
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Unbox promptly! Give your plant some TLC. Gently acclimate it to its new light conditions—this is especially important for your Tropical Indoor Plants and Rare finds. Water it according to its care guide and let it settle into its new home.
