🌱 Live Plant Note: Delivery times are estimates. As our plants are living beings, transit times can occasionally vary due to customs or seasonal conditions. We pack every Tropical Indoor Plant and Air Plant with utmost care to ensure it arrives ready to thrive.

- Window for Returns/Exchanges: We accept requests within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging. Plants must show reasonable signs of viability upon return.

🌿 A Vital Note on Live Plants: We are a global community! Due to their living nature, we cannot accept returns for plants that have declined due to changes in environment, care, or natural seasonal cycles after delivery. We’re always here with free care advice for your new Pet-Friendly Plant or Flowering Plant!
2. The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Think of this as repotting—a careful transition for a healthy outcome.
- Reach Out: Email our “root-level” support team at [email protected] with your order number and details. Use the template below for ease.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack with Care: Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the box. For plants, pack them as securely as they arrived.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our nursery address (provided in instructions). We recommend a trackable service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Inspection & Completion: Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds: The Flow Back to You
- Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement.
5. Items We Cannot Accept for Return
To ensure the health of our plant community and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
- Personalized or Used Items: Custom-made Pots & Planters or used Garden Tools.
- Digital Content: Items from our Bookstore (e.g., digital guides, e-books) once accessed/downloaded.
- Perishable Goods: Live plants that arrived healthy but perished due to post-delivery care, environment, or acts of nature. (We offer care advice instead!)
- Hygiene-Related Products: Opened bags of soil or fertilizers sold with Bundles.
